Glenn Bernard is Realtor whose California Sales License is with Century 21 Advantage in San Diego County, which is where Glenn resides.   Glenn obtained a Bachelors’ Degree from Whittier College where he had a double-major in Marketing and Economics.   He also has a Masters’ Degree in Education from Chapman University.  Glenn is nicknamed “Magic” because of how quickly Glenn moves people to their next home.  A former nickname was “Leatherneck,” as Glenn is an Honorably Discharge Marine.  Magic obtained his real estate license in 1986, and his been continuously active in real estate….though thousands of people quit during hard times (Marines never quit).   Magic enjoys finding good things in America, and has decided that some gated communities are so fabulous that there ought to be a website where they can be showcased.
