Our decisions are made without any regard to costs, fees, prices, and/or taxes.

We don’t care who the developers are or were.   Rarely do we know who the developers
are or were.  We have no idea as to the financial health of the developers, the financial
health of the management team(s), nor the financial health of the Homeowner Associations.

We rate the architecture, the landscape, cultural opportunities, recreational opportunities,
the quality of the construction, entry point protocol, proximity to a significant body of water,
and overall ambience.  Golf courses carry little or no weight with us.

send us an invitation.   We can only include the communities that we can visit.
